I urge you to reconsider... as I have several non-profit and municipality clients that use MAS 90 and MAS 200 very effectively. Put the worlds finest paintbrush in my hand and you're still going to get a stick figure... because I don't have the passion or skill to use it effectively.
To migrate your MAS 90 to a new PC, simply copy the MAS 90 folder to the new PC and create a shortcut that mimics your existing one (adjusted for any variation in the installation path, if any). If you have Custom Office module, reinstall Custom Office on the new PC and you done. IF YOU HAVE ANY ENHANCEMENTS, SEEK THE ASSISTANCE OF AN AUTHORIZED CONSULTANT AND BACK UP YOUR EXISTING INSTALLATION BEFORE YOU BEGIN!
Finally, get your consultant involved. This is not a difficult process and will not require an on-site visit, as all of this can be done over the web in under an hour.
