Guys,

We have MYOB 18.5 (in Australia). We are attempting to use the Email function to directly generate our invoices out to customers. Our font which is a non-standard TrueType Font on all of our stationery is installed properly in Windows.

When we generate a save to disk or email MYOB is not using our correct font but is substituting a Helvetica font for some unknown reason. We can choose the print function and print to our ADOBE PDF print driver and the font comes out perfectly. So it appears that MYOB have an imperfect PDF generator.

has anyone else experience this ? We are trying to work through this with MYOB support but they are not exactly Rocket Scientests and are having problems understanding our issue.
