In my business, I need to write batches of checks in the same amounts with the same memo/reference number but to several different individuals / names. These can be in the quantity of 100-150 checks at a time. Currently in Quicken 2009 I have to memorize the transaction which memorizes the amount, date and memo and then go through the tab, tab, enter, enter, ect. process for each check until I reach the number of checks I need --- way too time consuming! Is anyone aware of a check writing software program that can interface with QB 2009 where I can create these in one batch or import an excel file and have them print on their own once imported? Any help / advice is appreciated!! Thank you!
