We are a home owners/camp ground association.  We have 800 lots & 500 owners.  We only invoice each customer once a year.  People may have 1 to 3 lots.  I don't know why this is a problem, but it seems to be.  Is there an easy way to invoice dues once a year in peach tree?  Should the lots be set up as inventory maybe?

We also use P/R, print checks & bank rec & G/L & F/S.  These seem to work ok in peach tree.

Also, it they say the upates are 700 - 800 dollars.  Is this true?  And w need to do this every 2 years?

I've also used quickbooks many years ago....would this be an easier way to go?

When we hire new personel, it just seems so hard for them to get the peachtree right and it should be simple I would think.
