Dexter + Chaney's Query and Dashboards module provides graphic displays (“dashboards”) of a construction company’s key performance indicators by customer, project and activity. It provides real-time access to project, schedule and financial information—tailored to the specific needs of executive, operations and financial personnel—in a concise, easily understandable format. Spectrum’s Query automatically notifies the user via e-mail when a particular event has occurred, like a project falling behind schedule by a specified number of days.

The Resource Scheduling module enables construction companies to coordinate all resources for a job, ensuring that equipment, employees and movers are available when and where needed. Resource Scheduling helps users eliminate expensive job delays and unnecessary expenses for renting equipment or hiring temporary workers. The module’s Scheduling Board screen features graphic displays that make it easy for dispatchers to assign employees and assets to jobs, schedule equipment moves and make changes to existing assignments.
