Prodiance Releases New ERM Version 5.4 to Help Organizations Quickly Satisfy Regulatory Mandates Resulting from Newly Approved Financial Reform Bill

Pleasanton, Calif. and London – August 11, 2010 – Prodiance Corporation, a global provider of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) solutions, today announced a new release of the Prodiance Enterprise Risk Manager (ERM) system that aims to simplify the automation of spreadsheet and end-user computing (EUC) controls for organizations seeking to mitigate risk and improve compliance in response to recent mandates from auditors and regulators.

The new version, Prodiance ERM v5.4, incorporates numerous enhancements, including:

Ease-of-Use:

•A completely redesigned web portal with an enhanced look and feel and improved ease-of-use through faster loading pages, more intuitive menus, and better site navigation.
•Enhanced system administration including a redesigned Configuration Editor that provides an easy, wizard-driven approach to editing and managing EUC control templates.
Enhanced EUC Controls:

•Automated and on-demand policy checks to determine if EUCs contain suspicious or fraudulent changes or violate corporate policies on programming best practices. These new Policy Checks are now available across the product suite, including Prodiance Spreadsheet IQ, Prodiance Office Companion, Prodiance eDiscovery and Prodiance ERM.

•Expanded Access Databases Services:

- Support for Access files with password protected macros
- Expanded auditing for Access databases, including auditing all types of changes to pages, reports, forms, tables, modules, queries, and macros
- These new Access Database Services are now available in Prodiance ERM and Prodiance Access Database Compare.

•eDiscovery and Risk Assessment Enhancements:

- Support for management and scheduling of multiple remote discovery agents, all feeding a Master Inventory.
- Discovery history reporting of discoveries across all agents.
- A new public API for retrieval of Master Inventory Data and easy integration with enterprise applications (e.g. ERM and GRC platforms, ERP systems, data warehouses, etc.).
Enterprise Fitness:

•Support for Microsoft Windows 2008 Server R2.
•Support for the Office 2007 ribbon – now available in Prodiance Office Companion and Prodiance Spreadsheet IQ.
•Support for 64-bit operating systems (both server and client).
•Numerous performance enhancements, including support for web server load balancing, spreadsheet and Access processor multithreading, and fault tolerance.
