AnyDoc Software to Showcase Email Processing at 2012 AIIM Conference in San Francisco
TAMPA, FL — March 13, 2012 — AnyDoc Software, Inc., an industry-leading developer of automated document, data capture, and classification solutions, will be showcasing its email processing capabilities at the 2012 AIIM Conference, March 20-22 in San Francisco, CA.
AnyDoc Software’s document processing and classification engine, Infiniworx® will demonstrate its email processing functionality to automatically process incoming emails and attachments. Infiniworx recognizes and opens the email attachments, sending them through its advanced document classification to prioritize, sort, and route them for further processing downstream.
AnyDoc will unveil Infiniworx’s latest capability to parse email strings, processing each communication as an individual email. For example, a forwarded email can now be separated from the original email contained in the body. In addition, Infiniworx supports a variety of email attachments—including MS Word, MS Excel, PDF, TIF, and JPEG files.
Other technology applications to be highlighted at the AIIM Conference include Check 21 processing and electronic deposit, and capture advancements in claims processing (for both paper and EDI formats).
AnyDoc®DEPOSit™ communicates electronically with banks to manage the Check 21 process (including inquiring and reviewing past check and deposit transactions), providing businesses with the tools to make customized digital deposits from their central and/or remote offices. AnyDocDEPOSit works in tandem with Infiniworx to automatically process incoming checks and money orders from scan to Check 21 deposit from central and/or remote offices, for both individual checks and those attached to remittances, without the need to manually burst checks.
Designed to meet the challenges of processing health care claims, AnyDoc®CLAIM™ accepts claims via scan, email, fax or EDI and can now render EDI data to display a claim image onscreen. To ensure accuracy of claim data entering back-end systems, AnyDocCLAIM verifies data against tables, and can reject claims based on insufficient data. The solution supports the new ICD-10 codes and the 5010 standard with EDI 837 output. AnyDocCLAIM can also receive 997 input from a re-pricer, minimizing rejections by validating data upfront.
AnyDoc’s product line also includes the award-winning AnyDoc®INVOICE™ and AnyDoc®REMIT™ for accounts payable and accounts receivable, respectively, and AnyDoc®EOB™ to automate the processing of healthcare Explanation of Benefits forms. These solutions incorporate the industry-leading AnyApp® and QuickApp® technologies to locate and capture data regardless of its location on a document.
