New Integrated Payroll Forms Service

Designed with the savvy Mac user in mind, AccountEdge takes the initiative in providing new business services for the Mac-based small business. The introduction of the MYOB Payroll Forms Service brings the ability to print and electronically file over 250 US Federal and State tax forms, including forms W-2, W-3, 940, and 941 directly from the software. This integrated service joins with the ability to accept credit cards, directly deposit employees’ paychecks, electronically pay vendors, and outsource payroll to complete the MYOB Business Services lineup. All services are integrated with AccountEdge and are optional and fee-based.

Running payroll directly from AccountEdge is faster and easier than ever, thanks to the Process Payroll Assistant. A complete company payroll can be run in moments with the flexibility of paying by check, cash, or even electronically when combined with MYOB Direct Deposit.

Recurring transactions can be created and scheduled from a single location, complete with automatic posting or automatic reminders to record, sent to a specific employee.
Email customer statements and invoices in batches for faster payment.
Accounting Integrity

The new Company Data Auditor gives a full report on the accuracy of the company file, including reconciliation dates and data exception reports.
On-the-Go Payment Processing
