This seminar takes a best practices approach to obtaining the greatest value from Data-Basics' software. Three tracks are currently planned to best serve the needs of our varied customer base.

Track 1
This track is designed for our clients that manage their own technicians and/or subcontractor vendors, typically NMOs and facilities firms. Since this track also considers the effective use of CRMAnywhere and CSRAnywhere, it is an excellent choice for firms currently using (or planning to use) these features.

Track 2
Planned for contracting, construction and equipment firms, this track is intended for firms that provide services performed by their own employees. This track focuses on reporting, automation and service management.

Track 3
Customized for current Data-Basics DOS users planning to upgrade to SAM Pro Enterprise, this track opens with an overview of SAM Pro and continues with a detailed discussion of conversion/implementation.

Discussion and Networking
Regardless of the track you choose, ample time will be allotted for individual questions and general discussion points during each session. Attendees will have the opportunity to network and exchange best practice methodologies with individuals from their own tracks and with attendees from other tracks.

Registration
The fee for the entire Best Practices Seminar and User's Group Meeting – which includes the golf outing and clam bake – is $850 for the first attendee and $300 for each additional attendee from your company.
