Maxwell Systems Introduces Enhanced Interface in StreetSmarts 6.6
Industry-leading business management software company releases enhanced interface to help contractors streamline processing in StreetSmarts
Maxwell Systems, Inc., a leading provider of construction business management software solutions and services, today announced it has greatly enhanced the user interface to Maxwell Systems StreetSmarts 6.6, the company’s robust, comprehensive operations management solution for heavy and highway construction companies. The browser-style interface makes navigating through the system intuitive and allows contractors to easily customize StreetSmarts to their needs. The new interface enhancements include the addition of a user-defined console capability with new menus, which give contractors instant access to all related processes in one screen, improving navigation and flexibility. Additionally, a Favorites feature lets users rapidly navigate to any screen from anywhere in the system.
Additional enhancements in StreetSmarts 6.6 include an Accounts Payable Electronic Payments feature, which lets users enter automated clearing house (ACH) payments for invoices to specific vendors. A new Purchase Order Routing and Approval feature lets users easily review and route purchase orders before posting.
StreetSmarts is a comprehensive solution that meets the business requirements of heavy and highway contractors with features such as Construction Management, Equipment Management, Materials Management, and Financial Management, among others.

> Purchase Order Routing and Approval gives users the ability to create Routing and Approval tables to review and better manage purchase orders that exceed a specified dollar amount.
> Document Imaging lets users scan and electronically store PDF, Word documents, and other items. Users can also attach them directly to related transactions that can be viewed by other users depending on security settings.
> Project Management Workflow creates template items and lists that can be used for every job to streamline project setup workflow.
> Truck Management Daily Timecard gives users the ability to enter and track internal and external trucking transactions and loads in a single window.
