In 1975, John Maultsby, our founder, wrote programs for Job Costing and Accounting for his own construction company. This software was marketed from 1975 through 1981 by IBM and the ongoing support and enhancement of these programs became the start of Constructive Computing. We were in a unique position during the development of the software because we were a contractor, using the software daily. After installing and supporting over 10,000 installations throughout the United States and Canada we are committed to providing comprehensive solutions for construction accounting and estimating and sitework takeoff.
