Point2 Property Manager is the ongoing vision of a group of dedicated real estate software professionals. We spent years leading one of the largest and most successful property management software companies in the industry, serving many of the nation's largest apartment owners, professional property managers, and commercial and retail management institutions.

Our company is dedicated to applying our asset and property management background and knowledge to solve the challenges facing the small to mid-sized investment property management industry. Using years of experience, we have created a simple and affordable set of online professional tools and services, specifically designed for landlords and property managers. Our customers' portfolios consist of residential apartment complexes, duplexes, single family homes, condominiums, student housing, vacation rentals, retail and commercial properties.

We have been on the boards of directors of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC), spoken at national and local apartment associations, chaired conferences with NAA, NMHC, Multi Housing World (MHW), and facilitated brainstorming sessions with thousands of apartment management executives.
