TimeSuite Software provides a complete and robust enterprise software solution specifically designed to accommodate the complex requirements of today's construction and project oriented entities.
TimeSuite is a Project Management, Estimating and Accounting application that is intuitive and customizable.
The solution has Web interfaces for Project Management, Employee Scheduling, and Geo Timekeeping. Geo Timekeeping includes employee's GPS address, clock in and clock out with job and cost code selection capabilities.
The solution offers two windows based interfaces. Toolbox (Developed beginning in 1994), and Americus (Developed beginning in 2004).
TimeSuite Toolbox software was developed by a construction specific CPA firm. The firm became involved in the software business after recognizing a need for a solid Job Cost and Accounting systems for project oriented entities that was not modular based.
TimeSuite is the most comprehensive construction solution on the market.
TimeSuite automates a percentage of completion process that includes a full summary of contracts, payroll accrual and over/under billings accruals.
Some ease of use distinguishing features include customizable screens, a relational architecture, a relational SQL database tool, dynamic setup, an impeccable audit trail, and a real time environment.
Development began in April of 1994, and has had active users since October 1996. The solution has been developed for windows since day one (not a converted DOS system).
