Hi folks,
I have Canadian version 9.0A of Simply Basic, and two problems have popped up:
1. QST. When charging customers QST and GST, on the invoice it only lists the GST (no mention of the QST anounts, and when you enter a shipping amount, it only charges QST on the shipping amount, *not* on the product amounts! Is this a bug?
2. I have had this happen twice this year: The COG is so much out of whack, that my inventory shows value of goods (on one product only) to be over $4,000,000, when in fact it should be more like $5,000. Somewhere the calculation for COG has gone wrong, and I have looked in the Inventory product value (right price) and all purchase entries (all seem correct as well).
