Mary: I looked on the ACCPAC Dealer site and did not find any issues related to printing slow with 8.5 Try re-installing your printer and Simply software. Also make sure there are no issues with Crystal reports if you installed. If you can get ride of Windows ME and upgrade to 2000 or XP
