I am currently working as a receptionist.
My boss has asked me to make collections calls. (She thinks it falls under administrative duties)
I am not sure what it may entail.
I made calls at my last job as an office manager/accountant but i was never trained in collections. That job was for a small manufacturing company. I now work for a multimillion dollar software company and I am sure the approach and client facing would be much different.
any hints or tips would be much appreciated....
