Have you tried logging out as the Admin and logging in as one of the users you have set up?
If that works, I would logout and log back in as the Admin and then try changing to multi-user mode (File - Switch to Multiuser Mode) and then see if others can access QB.
The Enterprise Edition comes with FULL SUPPORT for 12 months so if something isn't working, you can always call Intuit.
