It sounds like you have registration keys that have activated - or at least you have installed - the EFT for Receivables module. It's part of eBanking. The module came from Mekorma, hence the ME at the beginning of the table name. Do you have EFT for RM? There is a way to create the tables - probably under utilities, but I am not sure exactly. The eBanking manual should tell you.
