We are looking at purchasing a company that is currently using COINS. We are currently using Great Plains 7.5 on PSQL, but I will be migrating to MS SQL in the very near future.
Just trying to get an idea of the difficulty of doing such a conversion. We may initially keep the COINS account structure and just run another company under our Great Plains.
We of course would like to keep some history and base file information. What can you recover and what is it that is lost during the file migration?
