SNP AG Successfully Centralizes SAP AP Processing with Shared Services Solution from AnyDoc and Sivis
SNP AG, an SAP integration expert, utilizes the combined expertise of two leading providers to centralize all financial accounts for multiple branches into one Shared Services Center.
Wiesbaden, Germany — February 9, 2010 — AnyDoc Software, an industry-leading developer of automated document processing, data capture, and classification solutions, announced today along with partner company Sivis, the successful delivery of a custom financial accounting solution for SAP specialist Schneider-Neureither & Partner AG (SNP). The project successfully centralized the financial accounts of SNP’s five branches into one Shared Services Center.
With the integration of AnyDoc®INVOICE™ into the SAP workflow and the parallel setup of a central financial accounting system across multiple countries, incoming invoices and expense report claims can now be bundled into one Shared Services Center. This significantly increases efficiency and reduces processing and labor costs at SNP. The process has also become highly transparent, and the implementation was completed within a short time frame of only 15 man-days.
An expert in automated classification and processing of documents of all kinds, AnyDoc Software offers solutions designed especially to alleviate the burden of manual invoice and remittance processing, AnyDocINVOICE and AnyDoc®REMIT™ respectively. These solutions complement their integrated partner solution, SAM Invoice from Sivis—an SAP interface which connects AnyDocINVOICE to SAP.
Now, the incoming invoices are scanned at the individual office locations across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, with the images sent to a centralized Shared Services Center for verification and processing. AnyDocINVOICE retrieves all relevant master data from the SAP system and supplies SAM Invoice, the downstream SAP workflow application, with the extracted and validated invoice data. Multiple users can access AnyDocINVOICE simultaneously, and additional users can be easily added with just a few clicks.

Utilizing the same shared service solution, the expense report claims are now processed with ease, further reducing processing and labor costs.
