The questions focused on a variety of topics, including how award applicants are creating supply and demand chain efficiencies, equipping their software to enable collaboration with disparate systems, practicing swift and effective customer service responsiveness, and providing a clear solutions development roadmap for their customers. In order to address the return on investment and benefits of the solutions and services delivered by the iSource 100, each company was asked to provide at least two customer references that have worked with the company over the past six to 12 months.
